[Give a summary of the story.]

II. There is little little I can say about this, for it is explained by the title. Ther are, of course, no events in this "story".

[Give three excerpts and why you thought they were worth mentioning.]

IV. 1. "Qantas Airways 542 5 av. OX 7-6050
Quackenbush Bette 337 E 82 RE 4-2694

                450 Park Ave S. MU 5-2190
Quackenbush E Schuyler 635 Riv Dr WA 6-8745

Quackenbush Robt M 339 E 77 UN 1-2761"
This not only shows that Quackenbush is a bit popular for a name, it disproves the "q-u" rule.
2. "Quaglia Angelo R 441 E 116 SA 2-4020

I chose this to show the variety of names and the variety of exchanges.
3. "Quinn John F 323 E 48 PL 5-0069

Quinn John J 351 E 55 EL 5-4346
Quinn John T 329 E 51 PL 2-3899"
I chose this to show how many John Quinns there are. This may seem strange to "small-town" folk.

[Criticize.]

V. This is, of course, a reference work. Due to my organized reading, I learned more than one who looks up one name by one. The characters had no parts of any type, but they were used as well as possible. I cannot comment on the style, or on the events, but the plot was rather weak. I liked this "story" because of what I learned from it, but it did not give me the urge to read on.

[Teacher's comments:] Quite unusual—in fact, unique! Your paper was very enjoyable reading—very humorous! However, if you find that you are exhausting your supply of free reading material, come & see me. I will be glad to help you make your selection!
