The information tabulated below is compiled from a document entitled "Telephone Directory Price List", with the effective date January 1, 1963. It represents all the telephone books published by the various divisions of the General Telephone System, as well as some Bell System directories.
Note: I believe there are some mistakes in the printed list, but I have copied everything as it stands. Specifically, I think most of the books of type WP (white pages only) should be WY (white and yellow pages).
SP is State or Province abbreviation.
Title is the title of the telephone directory.
Issued is the month the directory was scheduled to be published in 1963.
Tp is the type of book (white/yellow pages).
Prce is the price charged by the General System in 1963. These are not actual current prices.
Also includes shows cities listed in the white pages, in addition to those mentioned in the telephone book title.
